The bedroom sleeps two; the living room sleeps four and includes a sleeper sofa that sleeps two, and two bunk beds.
The condo has all new tiles throughout, two color cable TV, and there is a washer/dryer in the condo.
The condo is on the second floor and is located in the center of Padre Island, with easy access to the beach. East Ratama street has access to the beach. No need to walk several blocks for beach access.
The furnishing is well appointed and colorful and it is extremely cozy!
Prices range from $750 to $950 per week, $130 to $160, three nights minimum.

You can see the water from the balcony, living room, and kitchen window. Save tons of money by cooking at home in the fully equipped kitchen. You can buy fresh, local seafood right down the street. Comes ready for you with washer/dryer, dishwasher, and fully stocked kitchen. Everything you need is here!!! All you need are your clothes. Get in the car a drive on down! The complex is a quiet community so it will be your ‘home away from home’ while on vacation. You will save a ton of money over a hotel room and be comfortable. $99+ a night, $55 cleaning fee.
